Short break in the historic village of Serravalle, among frescoed palaces, medieval arcades and the scenic Piazza Flaminio. A cafe surrounded by ancient elegance, quiet alleys and views of the Castle of San Martino : one of the most beautiful historic centers of Veneto, ideal for a quiet and authentic break.

Anello del Prosecco Superiore (Pass by)

From the centre of Vittorio Veneto the minivan immediately enters the heart of the Prosecco Hills: scenic roads, soft ridges, vineyards as far as the eye can see. You pass through small villages and scenic points that tell the authentic nature of the UNESCO territory. Approaching Valdobbiadene, the hills become denser and more spectacular, with rows that draw the landscape up to the Prosecco Superiore DOCG area. A short but surprising transfer, perfect to prepare for tasting.

Valdobbiadene

In Valdobbiadene we enter the heart of Prosecco Superiore DOCG, among hills dense with vineyards and historic cellars. Here we have an hour-long tasting, designed to really understand how Prosecco is born: visit to the production spaces, explanation of methods and storytelling of the territory. The tour ends with a tasting of three or more selected labels, in an authentic and familiar environment. A simple and pleasant experience, perfect for getting to know the identity of the hills up close.

Valdobbiadene

After the tasting we move to a small trattoria or local farmhouse for a simple and genuine light lunch. A light meal, consisting of typical local dishes prepared with fresh and seasonal ingredients. A quiet moment to relax, enjoy the local cuisine and enjoy the atmosphere of the hills before continuing towards Asolo.

Villa Barbaro - World Heritage Site (Pass by)

A few minutes from Asolo is Villa Barbaro, one of the most fascinating Venetian villas designed by Andrea Palladio. Nestled among vineyards and rolling hills, the Villa impresses with its architectural harmony and extraordinary frescoes by Paolo Veronese, which transform each room into a painted tale. It is a place that combines Renaissance elegance, family history and an atmosphere suspended in time. The view of the hill front, the neoclassical temple and the gardens make the visit a refined and surprisingly intimate experience. Here we will stop to see the Villa from the outside.

Asolo

In the afternoon we reach Asolo, one of the most elegant and scenic villages in Veneto. Here we take you on a short guided tour through alleys, porches and historic buildings, to discover the stories and characters that have made this village unique. At the end you have free time to explore, stop in the square or enjoy the view before returning.
