Welcome for participants in the cellar in the heart of Sanary-sur-Mer and presentation of the place and its history. Introduction to the Provence wine region and the different styles of rosé, with an introduction to tasting and the basics of sensory analysis. Progressive tasting of at least 5 carefully selected wines, starting with the lightest rosés and moving on to the most structured ones, notably Bandol. Guided analysis of the aromas, balances, and peculiarities of each cuvée. Throughout the experience, pairings with tapas, cured meats, and Provençal specialities to accompany the wines. The workshop is led by a professional sommelier who has worked for major wine houses and has owned his own cellar for 10 years. Discussions and tips to learn how to better taste and recognise different styles of rosé. A friendly conclusion with time for questions and personalised recommendations.
