Begin your activity with a warm welcome and learn about the life of shepherds and the history of the area. Then, take a small tour of the farmland to meet the hosting animals and pass by the garden with the biological vegetables.

Next, milk some goats by hand, the traditional Cretan way. Then, take the milk for the hands-on cheese workshop inside the old stone building. Make fresh cheese together with the shepherd.

Then, learn to make the famous Cretan Kalitsounia (traditional pies) with the fresh cheese you have made before, also a hands-on activity. At the end, have a cheese tasting process and accompany it with some raki, the local spirit.
