We meet at the Martianez Adventures surf centre. Please bring your swimming costume and towel; we will provide everything else. You will receive a full-length wetsuit, surf boots and have access to lockers and changing room.

Our surf instructor will give you basic explanation of surfing techniques. Then, head into the water and practice catching waves with their guidance.

Discover the basics of surfing at Martianez Beach, where you can enjoy the waves year-round. In Tenerife, water temperatures range from 22°C in winter to 26°C in summer. If you'd like to continue practising surf, you can rent boards and wetsuits at our centre, located just a one-minute walk from the beach. After your session, feel free to use our on-site showers.
