Conversano
The second stop on your tour will be Conversano, a medieval town with a vibrant cultural spirit. You will visit the majestic Aragonese Castle and the Cathedral of Santa Maria Assunta, and then stop at a historic bakery where you can sample warm Apulian focaccia, prepared according to tradition.

Monopoli
Finally, you'll reach Monopoli, where time seems to have stood still. A walk through the picturesque old town awaits you, among stone-paved alleys, Baroque churches, and the charming old port, the city’s maritime heart.
