The first destination is the town of San Juan del Obispo. We will arrive at a local house with a family business, where the makers of artisanal chocolate will give us an explanation of the process and a chocolate tasting. Then we will proceed to tour the store if you wish to purchase any of the products they make.

Immediately after leaving the artisanal chocolate shop, we head to the Loquat Museum, where we will be given a brief explanation of the production of artisanal alcoholic drinks based on the Loquat and other fruits of the region.

We will pass in front of a little town square between San Juan del Obispo and San Pedro las Huertas, with the perfect atmosphere for a photo, as the background is very picturesque.

We will arrive at the town of San Pedro las Huertas, where we will visit another artisan's home dedicated to crafting precious jade jewellery, the stone used by the ancient Mayan civilisation. We will be given an explanation of the methods used to find this precious stone and the tools they use for its production. We will then visit the main square, where we will see one of the last sinks still used for washing clothes, as it is one of the few towns that still provides free water service for this purpose.

We will arrive at Valhalla, a small farm where they grow macadamias and we will be able to see the processes accompanied by an explanation of the production of the different products they manufacture.

Finally, you have the option to stop by for a cold beer and eat if you wish, at the craft brewery 14 or we can return to Antigua and finish the tour, where you can have lunch at the restaurant of your choice.
