You have the choice between joining a communial session and connect with like-minded individuals, or do a private session with guided rounds of sauna and breathwork during the cold plunge. The public session offers 75 minutes to use as you wish, while the private session lets you explore for up to two hours and 30 minutes. Sweat away your worries inside the wood-fired barrel sauna, with varying temperatures between 80 and 100 degrees celsius.

Afterwards, choose if you want to cool down by jumping in the flowing river, stepping into the ice bath with temperatures between 1 and 4 degrees, or use the cold showers instead. This drastic change from hot to cold has incredible health benefits, supporting recovery while connecting you with yourself.
