A visit to the centre where the insurgent cry was raised by the priest Miguel Hidalgo that triggered the beginning of the War of Independence in the Viceroyalty of New Spain. Here you will visit the Dolores Parish Church and the Wine Museum.
The day continues at Cuna de Tierra where from its tower you will be able to appreciate the hectares of vineyards, visit the barrel room and taste 4 wines produced in this valley.
