Itinerary
Day 1: Arrival in Quito – City Tour
Arrival in Quito and transfer to the hotel. In the afternoon, enjoy a guided city tour through Quito’s Historic Centre, including Independence Plaza, La Compañía Church, and panoramic viewpoints.
Day 2: Papallacta Hot Springs
Travel to Papallacta in the eastern Andes. Relax in the thermal pools surrounded by mountain landscapes. Optional walk along the La Isla Trail.
Day 3: Cotopaxi National Park
Visit Cotopaxi National Park and explore Limpiopungo Lagoon with views of Cotopaxi Volcano. Free time for photography and short walks.
Day 4: Baños – Pailón del Diablo Waterfall
Continue to Baños de Agua Santa. Visit the Pailón del Diablo waterfall and surrounding viewpoints.
Day 5: Free Day in Baños
Free day for optional activities such as canopy, rafting, canyoning, cycling, or visiting local cafés and hot springs.
Day 6: Casa del Árbol – Alausí
Visit Casa del Árbol and the “Swing at the End of the World” before travelling south to Alausí.
Day 7: Devil’s Nose Route – Cuenca City Tour
Visit the Devil’s Nose route area and continue to Cuenca. Guided city tour including Calderón Park, New Cathedral, and historic streets.
Day 8: Free Day in Cuenca
Free day to explore Cuenca independently, visit museums, markets, or nearby attractions.
Day 9: Departure
Transfer out and end of services.
