During this relaxing Northern Sound Journey, travellers will settle into a cosy beanbag and be gently guided into a deep state of calm. The session begins with a 10-minute guided body relaxation, helping everyone unwind and arrive fully in the moment. Then the 40-minute sound journey begins: guests will simply lie back while soothing Tibetan singing bowls, the grounding rhythm of the Lappish drum, intuitive singing, soft sound waves, and gentle wind-bell chimes create a peaceful soundscape inspired by the stillness of Lapland. There’s nothing they need to do — just relax and let the sounds carry them. The experience ends with a slow, gentle awakening and a moment to share or reflect if they wish.
