This option is designed for those who prefer to enjoy the experience on their own. You rent the board and paddle and head out independently to discover the sunrise at your own pace, with the freedom to relax, explore, and connect with the sea in your own way.
Before heading out, our local team will give you useful advice and recommendations about the best route, sea conditions, safety tips, and the perfect spots to enjoy the sunrise, so you can make the most of the experience with confidence.
You will have 1 hour to glide across the calm waters of Barcelona during the summer season, when the sea is usually at its most peaceful. It’s the perfect moment to disconnect, admire the city skyline, and watch how the first rays of sunlight illuminate the sea.
We offer departures every day, from Monday to Sunday, as long as weather conditions allow.
Schedules vary depending on the time of year, as sunrise changes throughout the seasons.
The meeting time is usually between 6:00am and 7:00am. Once your reservation is confirmed, we will provide you with the exact meeting time and all the necessary details.

What is included?
- SUP board and paddle. We will provide the most suitable board for your level and conditions.
- Neoprene or lycra if needed, with the right size and thickness for you.
- Facilities. Free storage for your valuables (wallet, phone, keys).
- Local recommendations and safety briefing before departure.
What should I bring?
- Swimwear (swimming costume/bikini).
- Towel and flip-flops.
- Arrive 15 minutes before the start of the activity to confirm your attendance and get changed in time.
I have never paddle surfed before… Can I do the activity?
- Yes! Before going into the water, our team will explain the basic notions so you know how to paddle, steer, and enjoy the experience safely. If you prefer, you can also paddle sitting or kneeling and still fully enjoy this amazing sunrise adventure.
What happens if the activity can't take place due to bad weather?
-If the activity cannot take place due to adverse weather conditions, we will offer you the option of rescheduling the activity or receiving a full refund.
