What you can expect

Welcome to Plongée Salée.

This service is available to divers who already hold at least a PE12 or Scuba Diver certification.

We offer you classic L'Etang Salé dive sites on the lava flows of Piton des Neiges.
We will welcome you in a tropical villa and garden to equip you, prepare you, and check your gear before you set off to make wonderful underwater discoveries.
We board the Mare e Sole, which is located just a short distance from the pontoon at Bassin Pirogue, for a sailing time of between 5 and 20 minutes.
We will explore stunning mineral formations, including lava caves, arches, canyons, drop-offs, and coral plateaus.
Come and enjoy this wonderful experience for divers and dive over black sand, where a variety of wildlife awaits you: turtles, rays, tropical fish, and a wide range of corals.
You can fully enjoy the Réunion Island Nature Reserve.
Enjoy the volcanic seabed from L'Etang Salé, either within the marine reserve or on the edge of the fully protected marine reserve.
Upon your return, various dedicated areas are available for you: equipment rinsing, showers, and relaxation areas where you can fill out your dive logs, chat with your buddy and dive team, and refresh yourself with the drinks provided.
The dive sites are little frequented and well preserved.
The dive sites at L'Etang Salé are a wonderful discovery for divers!
