We offer an authentic bike experience through the Pantanal Carioca, passing through islands, alleys, streets, beaches, natural landscapes, hidden corners and charming spots in the region, always from the perspective of a local resident. A light, fun, and sustainable way to discover one of Rio de Janeiro's most interesting areas.

What are we going to do?
We'll meet at an agreed-upon spot, where you'll get your bike and all the gear you need. From there, we'll start our tour by cycling through different areas of Barra da Tijuca, exploring its hidden treasures, incredible landscapes, and little-visited places.

During the tour, we'll make strategic stops for photos, explanations about the region, and moments of rest. You'll discover quieter beaches, preserved natural areas, and special spots that reveal a different side of Barra.
For a short stretch of the route, we'll use a boat, making the experience even more special and diverse.

Depending on the weather and with prior arrangement, you can integrate the tour with a hang gliding flight, making the experience even more complete.

About the tour
The route generally doesn't have steep climbs or descents, and can be done by anyone who's reasonably good at riding a bike. Some sections have holes or uneven terrain, but nothing that prevents beginners or intermediate cyclists from taking the tour.
This tour is ideal for those who want to get to know the city in an active way, without rushing, enjoying every stop and every discovery.
