    • Rainforest hike: Go deeper into the rainforest on 2–4.5 km (1.2–2.8 miles) of lush natural trails, with some elevation gain, tree roots and rocky sections adding adventure. No experience needed—your guide sets a comfortable pace for an immersive experience.

    • Caves Trail: Venture into the Belmiro, Archer, and Bats Grottoes — hidden among dramatic granite rock formations deep in the rainforest. The Bats Grotto is Brazil's largest gneiss cave, stretching over 100 metres (328 ft) from entrance to exit.

    • Wildlife Encounters: Keep your eyes open for monkeys, toucans, sloths, and giant butterflies as you hike through the forest. Wildlife sightings are never guaranteed — nature decides.

    • Chinese Viewpoint: Emerge from the rainforest to sweeping panoramic views of Sugarloaf Mountain, Christ the Redeemer, Copacabana, Ipanema, and Rio's full skyline. The Chinese Viewpoint is closed on weekends and public holidays — on those days, the equally scenic Canoas Viewpoint takes its place.
