What you can expect

  • Your experience begins in the heart of Piazza dei Signori, where the evocative atmosphere of the square will provide the setting for a special evening. In fine weather, you can dine outdoors, immersed in the magic of the square, while alternatively you will be welcomed inside the restaurant, located in a charming historic building that once housed a fabric warehouse.

    Upon arrival, you will be invited to toast with two glasses of Franciacorta, perfect for starting the evening in an elegant and relaxed way. This is followed by a generous charcuterie board from La Prosciutteria, a selection of cold cuts, cheeses and specialities that enhance the flavours of tradition.

    Next, you will savour pappardelle with wild boar ragù, with an intense and enveloping flavour. For the main course, you will be served tender beef cheeks in red wine, slow-cooked to achieve a soft texture and deep flavour, accompanied by a glass of wine of your choice, either white or red.
