Your evening begins with a welcome Spritz, introduced and explained by your host so you can discover the storey behind Italy’s most iconic aperitivo. You’ll then enjoy a guided tasting of Prosecco paired with carefully selected local specialities from the Lazio region, including two varieties of olives, crunchy taralli, and mini bruschette topped with premium extra virgin olive oil in a mini olive oil tasting experience.

The tasting continues with a selection of authentic Roman delicacies:
