Overview

Indulge in a tasting Ron del Barrilito, a recipe from 1880 that provides an experience of escalated ageing with its 4 barrel aged rums. In the end, we head to Old San Juan, to the hidden gem, Scryer, a barrel house with its unique take on rum to experience each section of their ageing process and their final product. With Ron del Barrilito at Hacienda Santa Ana we indulge in another of the old rums and one with great recognition in Puerto Rico. This magnificent rum, with original recipe from 1880, this is the first rum in the experience with no added flavour, but with an escalated ageing. We will immerse ourselves in the world of aged rum though out the years. You will be able to see difference in flavours and ageing through the tasting of all their selection.
