Activity itinerary

Every Sacred Stone Sound Bath begins with a personal crystal pairing. Your selected crystal becomes an energetic companion for the session, helping you focus your intention and deepen your experience. You may hold your crystal, place it beside you, or keep it nearby as you settle into the sound bath. Guided intention-setting helps you become present before the experience begins, while the surrounding tones create space for rest and reflection.
