30 minutes of real guided tour
Discover the behind-the-scenes of our family estate: a walk in the vineyards, a visit to the modern stainless steel vat room, the barrel cellar, and the ageing amphorae. Learn how we vinify and age our wines, combining respect for the terroir with artisanal innovation.

5 minutes of virtual reality immersion
In our tasting room, sit down with a VR headset for a 360° immersion in the heart of the harvest. Drone over the vineyards, hand-picked harvest, sorting, vinification… an intense and educational dive into the effervescent rhythm of the harvest.

30 minutes of guided tasting
Taste three vintages with complementary profiles:
• Château Haut Boutisse – Bordeaux Supérieur: supple, fruity, accessible.
• Château Palais Cardinal – L'Amphore: a rare wine (4,000 bottles), aged in amphorae. Fresh, pure, vibrant.
• Château Haut Gros Caillou – Saint-Émilion Grand Cru: a complex and distinguished micro-vintage, a real gem.
