Depending on season and availability, the tasting may include pittule, local cheeses, cured meats, vegetables, bruschetta, croquettes, meatballs and other regional specialities. Continue with a freshly prepared main course, followed by a dessert selected according to availability. One glass of local wine is included, with a non-alcoholic alternative available upon request.
