Stage 1: Theory and safety (30-45 minutes) - Objective: To understand how the wing generates power and how to control the direction.
Stage 2: Controlling the wing on land (30-60 minutes) - Objective: To be able to control the wing without constantly looking at your hands.
Stage 3: Controlling the wing in the water without a foil (2-4 hours) - Objective: This stage is essential because it develops coordination between the wind, body, and board.
