What you can expect

You will be taken inside Lombardy's main oil mill to discover every stage of olive processing and the production of the highly prized Garda PDO oil. You will learn about the history of olive cultivation around the shores of Lake Garda, and you will visit the engine room, the temperature-controlled oil storage room, and the packaging area. At the end of the tour, a guided food tasting of our extra-virgin, PDO, and organic oils paired with local products awaits you.
