After boarding at the La Traina jetty (extension of Via Faro), the boat follows a flexible itinerary, shaped by the wind, the light, and the natural rhythm of the coast. Far from the usual tourist routes, the group will observe hidden views, caves, and quiet bays, accompanied by the skipper's explanations of local legends, maritime customs, and historical curiosities of the area.

The trip includes a stop in a secluded bay, perfect for a refreshing swim or just to relax and admire the sunset over the crystal-clear sea. During this break, the staff prepares an authentic aperitif with typical local products, such as panelle, arancine, pane cunzato and Sicilian fried foods, accompanied by wine and water, with explanations of their origin and role in local culinary traditions.
