You will learn the different parts of diving equipment, their function and how to use them underwater. Then you will make a first dive to a depth of 6 metres where you will do basic diving exercises and a guided tour
with constant supervision by a dive instructor.
On the second dive, we will go on a guided route to a 12 metres maximum depth. Double dive, double depth, double enjoyment!

Dynamics of the experience: 1 day / 6 hours

1st hour- Arrival at the centre and technical explanation of the experience.

2nd hour- Let's get into the water! Enjoy a dive from 30 to 45 minutes at a depth of 6 metres. An unforgettable experience.

3rd hour- Relax, enjoy a snack while watching the videos and photos of the first dive.

4th hour- More water! Now let's really enjoy, second dive to 12 metres for 30 to 45 min.

5th hour- End of the activity, have a fresh shower and drink something at our bar while you watch the videos of your experience.

Physical requirements: Normal state of health.
