Choose between aerial yoga, aerial fitness, or aerial dance for a private class tailored to your unique needs. Aerial yoga follows a Hatha-inspired sequence with warm-up, standing postures, strength and balance exercises, and mindful work with inversions, backbends, and forward folds. Aerial fitness focuses on building strength, endurance, and body awareness through dynamic movements and conditioning exercises. If you choose aerial dance, you can pick between hoop, hammock, or trapeze, exploring strength, flexibility, and balance through exercises in the hammock or on the apparatus of your choice. Each session is designed to help you build confidence while moving safely in a supportive environment.

Celestial Dance Aerial Arts & Yoga is located in Santa Lucía Milpas Altas, high in the mountains just outside Antigua Guatemala, surrounded by fresh air and peaceful natural views. Private transport from Guatemala City or Antigua Guatemala is available for an additional cost. Make a day of it and explore a local coffee shop and roastery in the area before or after your session.
