What you can expect

  • Begin your journey among ancient vineyards, where you’ll discover the remarkable Kouloura vine-training system, developed to protect grapes from strong winds and intense sun. As you move from winery to winery, enjoy guided tastings of premium and limited-production wines, with in-depth commentary on terroir, vinification techniques, and ageing potential.

Throughout the experience, tastings are enhanced with artisanal Cycladic cheeses and selected local delicacies, thoughtfully paired to highlight the character and structure of each wine.

The final winery is reserved exclusively for the golden hour. Overlooking the dramatic Santorini caldera, this last stop is perfectly timed for sunset. As the sun slowly descends into the Aegean Sea, savour your final glass in a serene, atmospheric setting — a moment where volcanic land, fine wine, and fading light come together in perfect harmony.
