This 2 day trek is a wonderful exploration of nature and culture while supporting local people directly and giving local women jobs.
Day 1 We will meet at 8:30AM at the beautiful Sa Pa church to begin our trek. You only need to bring a day pack as your luggage will be taken to my homestay where we end today's trek. We will start at the top of the town with stunning views of the rice terraces and local villages. As we continue, we will make our way through Y Linh Ho (2 hours), where you will be able to take photographs of the rice paddies and meet and eat lunch with the local people. After lunch, we will head to Lao Chai (1 hour), where we will be able to observe how the local trades such as indigo dying and hand weaving Next we make our way towards Ta Van (1 hour), where we will enjoy the homestay with my family. From the homestay you can take a hot shower and then explore the local village. You will eat dinner with my family where we can get to know more about each other over local foods, beer, and rice wine. A clean bed will be waiting for you after dinner until our adventure tomorrow.
On day 2, you will wake up to a fresh breakfast before we depart on our next trek At 9AM, we will start towards the bamboo forest where you will see amazing views of how tall our forests grow! We will then go to a waterfall where you can swim if you'd like. The water is clean and cool straight from the mountain! Now we will go to Dzao village where you can meet another group of local people to understand the differences in our cultures. We end the second day at Hau Thao village, where a taxi will bring your luggage to you from my homestay and take you back to Sa Pa.

This tour supports local minority H'Mong and Dzao women and their families directly and helps them create their own businesses.
Day One: Sa Pa, Y Ling Ho, Lao Chai, Ta Van Exploring the rice fields and mountains, visiting local markets and enjoy traditional meals.
Day Two: Ta Van, Giang Tha Chai, Su Pan, Hau Thao Hiking through waterfalls and bamboo forest.
Other things to note: You will enjoy this experience of cultural and natural environment. Bring raincoats, trekking shoes, mosquito sprays, and sun cream.
