ITINERARY

Day 1: Sapa – Dragon Mountain – Hang Da – Hau Thao
Trekking distance: ~12 km

8:30 - Meet your local H’Mong guide at Anh Nhi Hotel in Sapa town.
Begin trekking uphill to Dragon Mountain for panoramic valley views. Walk through quiet trails and villages towards Hang Da village.

12:00 Lunch at a local restaurant with scenic views. Enjoy some local foods.

Afternoon trek through rice terraces fields, mountain scenery and bamboo forests to Hau Thao Village.

15:30 - Arrive at the local homestay

Evening activities at the homestay: Relax, shower. You can join a cooking together with the local family (Optional).

17:00 - The homestay serve some fresh and yumy crisp

18:00 - Enjoy local traditional home made dinner. Try some local happy water. Share local storey and history. Play some simple local games are available always optional. Stay overnight at a local cosy homestay in the village.

Day 2: Hau Thao – Giang Ta Chai – Return to Sapa

Trekking distance: ~ 5 km

8:30 - Breakfast at the homestay

Morning walk through some of Sapa’s most scenic rice terraces. Follow village paths towards Giang Ta Chai, along the Muong Hoa stream. Visit a small local waterfall. Waterfall flow depends on season (may be light during dry months).

12:30 - Lunch at a local restaurant with nice view.

After lunch we will arrange a car or mini van transfer back to Sapa town

Tour ends around 14:00–14:30

ABOUT THE FOODS: Vegetarian and vegan meal options are always available.

ABOUT YOUR BIG LUGGAGE

We have a place for you to leave your big luggage at Anh Nhi Hotel. You only bring a small bag with the essentials for the trekking. On the second day, our driver will drop you back to Anh Nhi Hotel and take back you big luggage. Transfer all of your luggage to the homestay with a small extra fee.

GOOD TO KNOW

Moderate to challenging trekking level, suitable for travellers with a reasonable level of fitness.
Trekking distance: approx. 6–12 km per day. Please bring comfortable trekking shoes, rain jacket, sun cream, insect repellent.
