What you can expect

Type of tour: This is a group tour.
Discover the beauty of the Sapa region on a guided trek. Explore the stunning rice fields and visit the villages of Suoi Ho, Ma Tra, Cang Ngai, and Ta Phin. Learn about the local culture and traditions of the Black H'mong and Red Dao tribes.

Meet your guide in Sapa town and head to Suoi Ho village. Admire the beautiful rice paddies and the small stream that runs through the village. Continue to Ma Tra, a Black H'mong village.

Stop for lunch at a local restaurant in Cang Ngai, a Black H'mong village. After lunch, continue to Ta Phin Village, home to the Red Dao tribe. Learn about the culture of the Red Dao people, including their herbal bath traditions and knowledge of herbal medicines.

Choose to take an herbal bath if you wish. Afterwards, start heading back to Sapa.
