Itinerary
09:00 Pick-up at Sapa Main Church. Meet your local guide and begin a short walk to Suoi Ho Village.

Continue trek through lush landscapes and rice terraces to Suoi Ho, a peaceful village of the Black H’mong people. Learn about their daily life, traditional farming, and animal husbandry.

10:30 Continue trekking to Ma Tra Village. Visit a local school or chat with villagers to understand their customs and crafts.

11:30 Enjoy a picnic lunch or a meal at a local homestay with traditional dishes.

12:30 Trek onward to Ta Phin Village, home to the Red Dao ethnic group. Explore their vibrant culture, embroidery techniques, and herbal medicine traditions.

14:00 Relax and rejuvenate with a traditional Red Dao herbal bath—a soothing soak in a wooden tub filled with aromatic medicinal herbs. It’s believed to relieve muscle pain and improve circulation. Return to Sapa by car. End of tour at 3:30pm.
