Discover wing foiling, one of the newest, most fun and innovative water sports of the moment, with a personalised one-to-one lesson designed exclusively for beginners in one of Sardinia's most popular spots. At Punta Trettu, with its calm waters, wide-open spaces and favourable conditions, you can get to grips with this sport in a gradual, safe and engaging way, even if it's your first time.

This experience is ideal for those who want to try something different from the usual during their holiday and discover a modern activity that combines freedom, balance, adrenaline and direct contact with the sea. Wing foiling is winning over more and more travellers precisely because it offers new sensations and an original way of experiencing the water, with an approach that is accessible even to those starting from scratch.

The lesson is available in three options, so you can choose the duration that best suits your needs: 1 hour for an initial introduction to this innovative water sport, 2 hours to spend more time practising and handling the gear, or 3 hours for a more complete, dynamic and progressive experience. This way, you can start at the pace that best suits your level and your goal.

One of the great strengths of this activity is the personalised “one-to-one” approach: each participant will have a dedicated instructor and their own dedicated gear, to receive constant attention, real-time corrections and more effective learning.

During the lesson, you will begin to familiarise yourself with the wing, improve your balance, understand the basic movements and gradually become comfortable with the board. The support with a radio headset also allows you to receive immediate instructions, making the practice even easier, more fun and safer.

If you're looking for an original, active activity suitable for complete beginners, this individual wing foiling lesson for beginners is the ideal choice for experiencing the sea in a new and exciting way. A perfect experience for trying an innovative water sport in a spectacular location and taking home a memory that's different from the usual.
