The experience takes place outdoors under our large pergola, where we will guide you through the philosophy of Fattoria La Maliosa, the historic local grape varieties that define our wines, and the Corino Method, our regenerative farming approach that inspires every decision in the production of our natural wines and organic extra virgin olive oils.

During the tasting, you will enjoy four of our natural wines, carefully selected to best express the character of the Maremma region and the identity of our winery. The wines will be paired with a selection of artisanal cured meats and cheeses sourced from outstanding local producers.

Fresh rustic bread will accompany a guided tasting of our organic extra virgin olive oils, cold-pressed from traditional Tuscan olive varieties.

We will accompany you on this sensory journey through aromas, flavours, and stories, offering an authentic and engaging experience immersed in the colours and sounds of the Maremma countryside, leaving you with a special memory of your visit to Fattoria La Maliosa.
