Escape the crowded city and journey into the heart of Central Europe’s most dramatic landscapes. This small-group day tour from Dresden blends towering sandstone formations, a peaceful river canyon, and a walk through a real-life fantasy world.

Your day begins with a hassle-free pickup directly at your Dresden hotel. Travel in the comfort of a premium, air-conditioned minivan as your expert local guide shares insights into the region's history, culture, and myths. With a maximum of just 8 guests, you will enjoy a personalised, flexible experience far removed from big tour buses.

Your first stop is the world-famous Bastei Bridge in Saxon Switzerland (Germany). Perched high above the Elbe River, this stunning stone structure bridges dramatic rock spires. Walk across the bridge and capture breathtaking panoramic views of the canyons below before the crowds arrive.

Next, cross the border into the Czech Republic for a traditional à la carte lunch at a cosy local restaurant. Choose from authentic Czech dishes and local beers or refreshing non-alcoholic drinks (all included in your tour).

Summer & Shoulder Season (April – October):
Head deep into the Kamenice Gorge for a magical, relaxing boat ride. Drift between steep, moss-covered sandstone walls, accessible only by water, while your ferryman shares local legends. Following the boat ride, explore the labyrinth of the Tisa Rocks (Tiské stěny), famously featured in Hollywood's The Chronicles of Narnia. Wander through massive stone towers, hidden tunnels, and dramatic arches.

Winter Season (November – March):
With shorter winter daylight, we skip the gorge to ensure you enjoy a relaxed, unhurried experience at the two most spectacular sites. Spend extended quality time exploring the snow-dusted fairy-tale paths of the Bastei Bridge and the awe-inspiring Tisa Rocks labyrinth.

At the end of an unforgettable day of exploration and photography, sit back and relax as we drive you straight back to your hotel in Dresden.
