The Trail
The trail covers 2.08 km (1.3 miles) and climbs approximately 300 metres above sea level, with more than 400 steps along the way. This is a moderate-to-challenging hike that rewards you with panoramic viewpoints over Herradura Bay and the Gulf of Nicoya.

Wildlife & Nature
As you make your way through the rainforest, you may spot scarlet macaws, chestnut-mandibled toucans, and white-faced monkeys, alongside a wide variety of tropical plants and trees.
