An authentic experience in the heart of Puglia's oil tradition. Visitors will be taken on an evocative tour of the underground oil mill, discovering the history and the ancient process of producing lampante oil, with the opportunity to see ancient tools from the period and experience a true journey through time.
The route will continue with a guided food tasting of local oils and typical local products, during which it will be possible to recognise the authentic aromas and flavours of Apulian oils, accompanied by gastronomic delights such as capocollo from Martina Franca, focaccia, and fresh mozzarella.
The magic of the underground cave will make the experience even more exciting. Thanks to its extraordinary acoustics, it will provide unique sound sensations during the live musical event, accompanied by the elegant notes of a grand piano.
