All the value of a cooking class. None of the work!
Most people leave a Korean BBQ restaurant full — but still unsure what they actually ate, how it was cooked, or how to do it again at home. A cooking class teaches you, but you spend the evening working. With Jason, you just sit down, relax, and eat. The knowledge comes naturally.
What happens on the night!
Jason takes care of everything at the grill. He selects the cuts, controls the heat, times each piece, and serves them to you at exactly the right moment. As he grills, he talks about the meat, the technique, the culture, and the little details that most visitors never get to hear. You don't take notes. You don't stand over a hot stove. You just eat, ask questions, and enjoy the evening at your own pace.
Who is Jason?
Jason holds a Ph.D. in Tourism and writes as an F&B columnist but his real passion has always been Korean BBQ. He's spent years studying not just the food, but the culture, the regional differences, and the rituals that surround it. What he brings to the table isn't a rehearsed tour script. It's genuine enthusiasm, deep knowledge, and a hosting style that feels more like dining with a knowledgeable friend than joining a group experience.
A restaurant chosen for you!
Jason personally curates a portfolio of 20+ Korean BBQ restaurants across Seoul, each representing a distinct style and area culture. Your venue is handpicked from this collection selected to give you an authentic, non-touristy experience that most visitors would never find on their own.
Jason's Secret Dipping Salt!
One of the simplest and most memorable parts of the evening. Jason's meat-dipping salt is served alongside your cuts and every guest takes a complimentary sample home. It's a small thing that makes a big difference, and it's your first step towards recreating Korean BBQ the Jason way in your own kitchen.
What you take home!
By the end of the evening, you'll know which cuts to ask for, how to grill them properly, and how to season them. You'll have Jason's salt in your bag and the confidence to host your own Korean BBQ at home. No homework. No recipes to memorize. Just a great evening that stays with you long after the meal is over.
