Know before you book
- No reservation is required—just use the ticket within its validity period.
- Partial cancellations are not allowed once multiple tickets are purchased. For example, if you buy 5 tickets, you cannot cancel just 2.
- The ticket is valid at Four Cut general studios and road kiosks, but not at Disney frame-only kiosks or special studios.
- Once used at a kiosk, the ticket is non-refundable.
