Mount Etna is full of volcanic caves, filled with wonders and spectacular galleries. With the names of the Etna DOC line, we wanted to restore the meaning of the uniqueness of the territory and the sense of a unique experience.
The fruit of vines bathed in the Sicilian sun that look out to the sea from the slopes of Mount Etna and marvel, these wines are made exclusively from the native grapes of Carricante, Cataratto, Nerello Mascalese, and Nerello Cappuccio from our family's vineyards located between 850 and 900 metres above sea level, with roots that sink into soils of volcanic origin.

Our oils are produced under 4 labels (oil 02 is not currently available), each of which tells the storey of the nuances of a territory that is heterogeneous from a pedoclimatic and botanical point of view. Nocellara Etnea, the volcano's queen variety, is present, in varying proportions, in our 4 production lines, each of which refers to designations and quality marks (D.O.P. and I.G.P.)
