At Huayang Hall, follow a Taoist master in gentle breathing, posture alignment, and quiet meditation. Experience an immersive introduction to the Taoist way of harmonising body and spirit.

Enjoy a peaceful night inside the temple complex area, surrounded by forests, fresh air, and complete tranquility. Visit Qianyuan Temple, the only Quanzhen Taoist nunnery in Jiangsu Province—an active monastic community with over a thousand years of heritage. Experience the authentic daily rhythm of Taoist life.
