When to pick up the ticket and how to verify it
Advance booking: Your official admission QR code will be updated 3 days before departure.

Important reminder (do not screenshot immediately): Do not save the QR code immediately after placing an order. The initial QR code is not an official admission ticket for the scenic area. After the official ticket update is completed, we will push notifications as soon as possible.

【 Recommended Entrance 】
Shanghai Greenhouse Garden · Main Entrance (preferred): The tour route is smooth, with direct access to major plant exhibition halls;
Zhujiajiao Ancient Town · Fangsheng Bridge Entrance: Classic tourist starting point, one-stop check-in to the core scenery of the water town.

Zhujiajiao Ancient Town: Hold your passport and use the QR code to verify at various tourist attractions

Ticket options (please read carefully!)

Option 1: Shanghai Greenhouse Garden Day Ticket
Opening hours: 9:00-21:00, closed every Monday
Option 2: Shanghai Greenhouse Garden Night Ticket
Opening hours: 18:00-20:30, closed once a week
Kind reminder: Turn on the lights at 19:00, please do not use flash for photography
Option 3: Greenhouse Garden and Shenyuan Joint Ticket
Greenhouse Garden: 9:00-20:30; Shenyuan: 9:00-16:30
Option 4: Zhujiajiao Ancient Town Ticket
Including: tickets to Zhujiajiao Ancient Town, including the core toll attractions of the ancient town (Fangsheng Bridge, Chenghuang Temple, Kezhi Park, etc.).
Opening hours: 8:30-17:00.

Important Age Policy (please read):
Zhujiajiao Ancient Town: Children under 1.3 metres (inclusive) or 6 years old (inclusive) are free of charge
