What you can expect

  • My house is just a short walk from the main squares of the historic old town. Together, we'll cook a pasta dish, a side of vegetables, and a typical Sicilian dessert, all accompanied by fine Sicilian wine.
    The dishes we prepare will depend on what the season has to offer, and we will use only fresh produce. During the preparation, you can take notes and take photos, and I will be happy to provide the recipes.
    We'll eat all the food we've prepared together, comfortably seated!
    The experience will be conducted in English.
