This activity will be conducting in the morning to experience the sunrise or in the evening to experience the sunset along with a bird watching tour. The starting time for the sessions are as follow; Morning session-5:30 a.m. Evening session-4:30 p.m. Pick-up or drop are not included. But on special request, we can arrange that which the guest has to pay separately on location. We are using a catamaran (which is made out with two canoes connecting to a deck/platform for people to sit/stand/keep belongings-no motor engine involved-there is a rider to paddle the catamaran) and you can sit on the deck before starting the activity. It is a very relaxing experience while enjoying the scenery by overlooking both Sigiriya and Pidurangala Rocks. I will tell you the stories about the history behind Sigiriya and Pidurangala when those places were occupied by the King Kashyapa (473-491 AD) and also by the monks. Also you can observe about 40 birds along with their behaviours.
