What you can expect

Before the class begins, we divide students into small groups of 10–12 people. For the morning class, we take you to the local market to select fresh ingredients. For the afternoon and evening classes, we have a small herb garden in the school where we introduce different Thai herbs and how to use them in cooking.

You will then learn how to make fresh coconut milk, followed by cooking five dishes, one by one, and enjoying each dish right after it’s made. The menu includes Tom Yum Goong, Pad Thai, Som Tum, Thai curry, and Mango Sticky Rice.

After the class, you will receive a small souvenir and our Silom recipe book so you can cook these dishes again at home.
