Every evening at sunset, we set sail from the island of Ortigia for an exclusive food and wine tasting along the stunning coast of Syracuse, where wine tells a storey and food becomes poetry.
During the tour, we’ll explore the enchanting sea caves and admire the captivating beauty of Ortigia from the water, as the coastline reveals breathtaking views and timeless charm.

D’Aveline – Grillo DOC Sicilia
An elegant, fresh, and savoury white wine, grown at 500 metres above sea level, expressing all the vibrancy of the Sicilian coast.

- Red tuna tartare with mango and teriyaki sauce
- Focaccia with red prawn, stracciatella cheese, and Bronte pistachios
- Smoked mackerel with almonds, pecorino cheese, and wild salad greens
Einai – Nero D’Avola DOC Sicilia
A bold and unconventional red wine — soft, refined, and surprising, grown in sandy and stony soils exposed to the north.
Beautifully complemented by:
- Sicilian-style octopus with cherry tomatoes, capers, olives, and red onion
- Swordfish caponata with salted ricotta and dark chocolate shavings
- Focaccia with fried aubergine, salted ricotta, and tomato
The full experience lasts about two and a half hours, giving you time to unwind, enjoy the sea breeze, listen to carefully curated music, and take in the moment with the highest level of comfort and safety.
