Know before you book

  • Skip-the-line access to the summit (3rd level) of the Eiffel Tower does not exist; it is a standard access
  • Check-in 15 minutes prior to the booked tour start time. Latecomers will not be reimbursed.
  • The first and second level of the Eiffel Tower are wheelchair accessible. The summit is not wheelchair accessible.
  • Children 3 and younger are complimentary
  • In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.

The visit continues! You can then climb to the summit, which, at 324m, is the highest observation point in Europe. Make sure to bring your camera and immortalise the amazing panorama that is the City of Light.

Overpriced. The only advantage with this booking was skipping the line that wasn’t long. The guide had a lackluster attitude and focused on a bunch of worthless trivia (e.g., number of steps) instead of the history and cultural relevance. Buy your tickets directly from the Eiffel Tower at substantially less cost.

Poor value. Access to booked areas was provided, but the ‘guide’ appeared present, simply to guide attendees into the Tower. The ‘guide’, spoke for an approximate cumulative time of 15 minutes (took around 50 minutes from the meeting point to the ‘second floor’, and only really provided information which could easily be found on Wikipedia.

It was not well advertised that the redemption location is 2 1/2 blocks from actual Eiffel tower… thus we missed our tour. Need to get refund

It was worth every penny spent on this. The staff was very nice. We were there 15 minutes before. They tour guide took care of us like a gold and we by pass a 5 hours line up and we were in 2nd floor in 45 minutes lol!

Our guide, Bruno, was really cool and informative. Only 3 stars because "Skip The Line" is not an accurate description. It should say "Only 30 minutes in line." Then our guide left us at the bottom of the tower because the elevator couldn't accommodate our group of 5 and he didn't wait for us or find us once we got off elevator so we had to do our own thing.
