Know before you book

  • This is not a guided tour. A host will take you through the priority access entrance and take you to the Mona Lisa room. Once you have exited the Louvre Museum, you will not be able to re-enter
  • You must provide the full name of each participant at time of booking. Please do not use the same name multiple times when completing the booking, entry to the museum might be denied if all names are not provided.
  • Louvre museum closing time is 10pm on Wed. and Fri., 6pm on other days4:30pm tour: please return the audio guide at the latest by 7:30pm
  • Check-in is 30 minutes prior to the booked tour start time.
  • There is a compulsory cloakroom for large bags, umbrellas and baby buggies
  • No lift access so not suitable for those with reduced mobility
  • Please follow Redemption Instructions on your voucher to redeem your museum ticket
