We’ll pick you up in a comfortable van from your chosen location and take you to our cosy home kitchen, where a warm welcome awaits: homemade salami, Slovenian cheeses, savoury spreads, freshly baked bread, home made juices and a glass of the finest wine from best Slovenian vineyards. Aprons on, sleeves rolled up – it's time to make traditional štruklji from scratch. As the dough comes together, we’ll chat about beautiful Slovenia – our customs, landmarks, unique language, and rich history. Next, we visit the Hat-Making Museum to discover one of our most cherished traditions, over 300 years old. The intricate craft of straw hat making is a true art, the stories and handmade creations are simply breathtaking. Back at our home, we enjoy a delicious, homemade lunch prepared by our Chef, Luka. And what about dessert? You’ll cook and taste your very own handmade štruklji. Full of memories, flavours, and joy, we’ll take you back to your accommodation with hearts a little fuller and smiles a little brighter.
