Activity itinerary

Travellers will meet at the designated outdoor location in Isla Colón and be welcomed by a certified yoga instructor. The session begins with a short introduction and gentle warm-up, followed by a guided yoga class that may include Yin or Yang yoga, , depending on the day and group. Participants will move through yoga postures at a comfortable pace, with clear verbal guidance and optional modifications so all levels can participate. The class focuses on mindful movement, breath awareness, balance, and relaxation, all while practising in a peaceful beach or jungle setting.
