What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Ticket is valid only on the selected visit date.
- Guests under 80 cm are not allowed to use the facilities but may enter free of charge when accompanied by a guardian.
- Children between 80 cm and 100 cm must be accompanied by a guardian with limited access to some facilities, while those over 100 cm may enter alone and use all facilities, with Tube Jump available from 120 cm.
- Adults are not permitted to use the facilities.
- Infants may accompany a guardian and observe, but cannot use the equipment.
- Guests who only wish to observe must purchase a guardian’s ticket on-site. Facility use is not permitted for guardian ticket holders.
- For your safety, please follow all staff instructions. The facility is not responsible for accidents caused by failure to comply.
- Use beyond the allotted time will incur an additional charge of 2,000 KRW per 10 minutes, payable on-site.
- Entry may be restricted or delayed if the venue reaches capacity. No refunds will be provided due to these circumstances.
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
