What's included, what's not
Know before you book
- Luge: 10:00 AM – 7:00 PM (ticket sales close at 6:30 PM)
- High Fly Zipline: 10:30 AM – 6:30 PM (ticket sales close at 6:00 PM)
- Children between 85 cm and 120 cm: must be accompanied by a guardian (minimum 150 cm tall and at least 19 years old); additional accompanying tickets available on-site
- Children over 6 years old and at least 110 cm tall may ride alone (standard rates apply)
- Even if over 110 cm, solo riding is subject to the discretion of on-site staff
- Children under 120 cm cannot ride alone
- On weekends, public holidays, or during peak holiday seasons, admission may be restricted depending on crowd levels
- Each luge ride takes approximately 15–20 minutes; wait times may be longer during peak periods
- In accordance with EU regulations about consumer rights, activities services are not subject to the right of withdrawal. Supplier cancellation policy will apply.
